NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR)

As a member of NAR, The National Association of REALTORS®, I embrace their mission by being empowered to preserve, protect and advance the right to real property for all. The NAR and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide-range of programs and services that help members increase their skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.

Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®)

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Having earned this designation and by maintain the designation status through hours of continuation credits, I continue to receive ongoing specialized information that keeps me up to date on the issues and trends home buyers are facing.

e-PRO®

REALTORS® having earned their NAR’s e-PRO® certification have undergone additional specialized training to master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® have taken additional courses to increase their knowledge of advanced digital marketing techniques gaining a comprehensive understanding of incorporating marketing strategies utilizing social media and other digital platforms to enhance the selling or purchasing experience. E-PRO® agents have access to ongoing education that allows them to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I have taken additional training that is specifically designed to enhance my understanding and skills in pricing properties, creating Comparative Market Analysis’s (CMAs), working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

At Home With Diversity (AHWD)

At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) is an NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. In operation since1998, the At Home With Diversity® program prepares REALTORS® to work effectively with and within today’s increasingly diverse pool of homebuyers. This enables REALTORS® with the AHWD certification to work effectively with and within the varied communities, as well assess and understand attributes of diversity in local markets and their impact on the Real Estate Industry.
