Even though we weren’t actively trying to find a home, Dave stopped by our house to give suggestions as we made upgrades in anticipation of selling in a year. After telling him we didn’t think we would look to buy for awhile, we found our dream home in one of his alerts and we quickly transitioned to wanting to make an offer within days. He was so responsive throughout the entire process, gave us great insight and practical advice, and had amazing referrals.
